We use a pair of PHANToM force feedback devices (SensAble Technologies, Inc.) in conjunction with a Wheatstone stereoscope, to control independently the properties of the "felt" and "seen" 3d world. We use this to investigate how sensory signals from vision and haptics are integrated by the brain.
